By accessing or using the REinfrahire web portal and recruitment services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This portal is owned and operated by NP's PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "our," "us," or "the Company"), located at 203/204, LMS Finswell, Sakore Nagar, Viman Nagar, Pune - 411014, Maharashtra. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the portal immediately.

• Account Safety: You are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity, job posting, or interaction that happens under your account is your legal responsibility.
• Immediate Notification: You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach of your account.

• Ownership: Everything on this portal including the recruitment software, search algorithms, designs, text, logos, and code, belongs to us or our licensors. It is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Your Limited License: We grant you a temporary, personal, and revocable right to use the portal strictly for legitimate hiring, recruitment, or job-seeking purposes.
• What You Cannot Do: You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, scraping candidate data, reverse-engineering, or stealing the software or content of this platform without our express written permission.
• Proprietary Scope: The software platforms, proprietary matching algorithms, data analytics models, custom reports, user experience dashboards, and external APIs deployed across REinfrahire Portal are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
• Copyright Protections: The entirety of the website designs, underlying source code, database architectures, graphics, customised images, corporate logos, and platform documentation are protected under international copyright treaties and the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. All rights are strictly reserved globally.

You are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Portal. Prohibited cyber activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in or launching Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, SQL Injection (SQLi), brute-force credential cracking, or directory traversal exploits.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, trojans, ransomware, viruses, or corrupted file structures.
• Utilising automated systems, including bots, spiders, scrapers, or data-extraction tools, to harvest candidate profiles, professional details, source code, or proprietary data sets.
• Engaging in credential sharing, unauthorised API abuse, or bypassing platform security access controls.

• Secure In-App Billing: If any premium corporate tier or advanced recruitment tools require payment, they will be processed through our secure in-app features.
• Fraud Warning: If anyone contacts you pretending to represent REinfrahire and asks for direct payments outside the portal, do not pay them and report it to our Grievance Officer immediately. The Company is not responsible for any financial losses caused by external third-party recruitment scams.

Your use of the portal is also governed by our REinfrahire Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand how we handle and protect your personal data.

• Provided "As-Is": We provide REinfrahire on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that candidate details or employer postings are always 100% accurate, or that the portal will be entirely uninterrupted.
• Our Liability Shield: To the maximum extent allowed by law, our Company, its directors, and employees will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses, failed hires, loss of data, or business interruptions caused by your use or inability to use this portal.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the portal at our sole discretion, without notice, if we find that you have violated these Terms or engaged in deceptive activity.

9.1. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in Pune, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

9.2. Copyright Infringement Claims (Takedown Policy)

If you believe that any content or material hosted on our platforms infringes upon your copyright rights, you may submit a formal infringement notice to our designated Grievance Officer. Your notice must contain:

1. a) Your physical or electronic signature;
2. b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; and
3. c) Clear contact details.

The Company will investigate and execute swift data removal protocols for verified infringements.

9.3. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure

The Company values the contributions of ethical security researchers. If you discover a potential security vulnerability or exploit within our web portal or applications, please report it privately and securely to contact@nppmt.com. We request that you provide a detailed proof-of-concept and allow our technical team a reasonable window to remediate the vulnerability before public disclosure. The Company pledges not to initiate legal action against researchers who discover and report vulnerabilities in good faith in accordance with this safe harbour clause.

• Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• The Legal Forum: If any legal dispute, claim, or lawsuit arises between you and the Company, it must be filed and settled exclusively in the competent courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
